Sizing
To determine the size, firstly take your shoe size and secondly measure the circumference of the ankle directly above the ankle (a) and the circumference of the strongest point on the calf (b)..

For a long service life of your sports socks with compression
- The product is suitable for immediate use. Our recommendation: Wash before wearing for the first time. Then wash daily by hand or in the gentle cycle of your machine turned inside out.
- Ensure regular foot care and proper footwear.
- Wash the socks separately, preferably in a laundry net, as bright colors can bleed during the first few washes.
- Wash the sports socks with a mild detergent without softeners (e.g. Ofa Clean special detergent) at a maximum of 30° C and rinse well.
- The socks can be gently spun, but please do not wring them out.
- Dry your sports socks in the air or in the gentle cycle of your dryer, but do not place them on the radiator or in direct sunlight and do not iron them.
- To maintain the effectiveness of the socks, please do not use chemical cleaning agents, bleach, benzine or fabric softener.
- Sports socks with compression are largely insensitive to fats and oils, such as those found in ointments.
- Store the socks dry and protected from the sun and heat, if possible in the original packaging.
